Mireya Rivera was born in Honduras. Ms. Rivera graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2002 with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology, cum laude. In 2005, Ms. Rivera earned her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Tulane University Law School. She is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and the Young Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar. While attending law school, she served as a board member of the Public Interest Law Foundation and La Alianza del Derecho.
