Overview

Neal W. Hirschfeld is of counsel with Greenspoon Marder’s Personal Injury Litigation practice group. He has more than 35 years of litigation experience, having begun his litigation practice as an insurance defense lawyer, and now having spent more than 30 years as a plaintiff’s personal injury trial lawyer. Mr. Hirschfeld’s litigation practice includes personal injury and wrongful death litigation, negligent security cases involving catastrophic injury or death, complex litigation, class action litigation, and funeral home & cemetery litigation. His experience includes the 100 million dollar resolution of the Menorah Gardens Cemetery Class Action, in which he served as lead counsel. In the early part of 2016, Mr. Hirschfeld was awarded a $28 million dollar verdict against a local funeral home.

Prior to joining Greenspoon Marder in 1988, Mr. Hirschfeld practiced law in Houston, Texas from 1980 through 1988.
