Greenspoon Marder Law Attorney Marla Neufeld Appointed to Board of Directors of Uprooted

Greenspoon Marder Law attorney and founder of the firm’s Assisted Reproductive Technology group, Marla Neufeld, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Uprooted.

Uprooted was founded in 2014 in response to the challenges members of the Jewish community faced while struggling to conceive. The organization was founded out of a need that did not exist, based on past principals and current stories of women of Jewish decent struggling with infertility. The organization offers holistic and biblical support to families trying to conceive.

Marla joins the Board of Directors as an advocate for families struggling with infertility. Her legal services include understanding and navigating the surrogacy and adoption process for heterosexual, same sex couples, and individuals looking to build a family through surrogacy and/or sperm, egg or embryo donation. She focuses on using her personal experience with years of infertility and ultimate use of a surrogate along with legal background to help others start a family using the available third party reproductive technologies and adoption laws in Florida.
