Fort Lauderdale, FL – May 23, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder of counsel Steven Fender to be a featured speaker and co-chair of the American Bar Association’s Consumer Bankruptcy Committee Webinar on May 25^th. The webinar titled “Learn from the Experts! Evidence Tips for Federal Business and Bankruptcy Litigators – Get Your Evidence In and Use It Like a Pro” is designed to give informative pointers for the use and admission of evidence in Federal Court pursuant to the Federal Rules of Evidence with a focus on business litigators and documentary evidence.

Mr. Fender focuses his practice on bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters, in both state and federal courts. He has 20 years of experience litigating and trying cases in the areas of employment disputes, shareholder negotiations and disputes, contract claims, unfair competition litigation, intellectual property, business tort and contract matters. Most recently, Mr. Fender was appointed Chair of the American Bar Association’s Consumer Bankruptcy Committee Business Law Section.
