TWO GREENSPOON MARDER SHAREHOLDERS SELECTED AS “LAWYER OF THE YEAR” BY BEST LAWYERS FOR 2017

Ft. Lauderdale – August 15, 2016 – Greenspoon Marder shareholders Mark F. Grant and Glenn N. Smith were listed in the “Lawyer of the Year” report in Best Lawyers for 2017. Mr. Grant was recognized for his work in real estate law. Mr. Smith was chosen for his work in real estate litigation. In addition to their “Lawyer of the Year” selection, they were also listed in The Best Lawyers in America© 2017 along with 30 other Greenspoon Marder attorneys.

Mark Grant concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate acquisition and development, condominium and homeowner association documentation, commercial leasing, workouts and commercial lending. He has served as Co-Chairman of the Condominium and Planned Development Committee of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar. Mr. Grant currently serves as the Chair of the Common Interest Ownership Committee of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.

Glenn Smith is an experienced trial lawyer concentrating in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts and administrative litigation. He has represented clients such as property owners, builders/developers, design professionals, contractors, subcontractors and lenders. In addition to his busy practice, Mr. Smith is a member of The Florida Bar, Trial Lawyers and Administrative and Local Governmental Law Sections.
