Since joining Greenspoon Marder in January 2001, Thomas F. Coyle, Jr., has focused his practice on real estate, commercial acquisition and financing closings, real estate development, lending and business transactions, condominium and association law, timeshare law, governmental regulation and defense, state and federal licensing of regulated businesses, leasing and title issues. Mr. Coyle represents national clients in the areas of large residential, commercial, hotel and mixed use developments. In addition to representing developers and other purchases of real estate, Mr. Coyle serves as counsel to country clubs, condominium and homeowner associations.
Mr. Coyle is active in many civic and charitable organizations including Junior Achievement, Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County, Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, the Florida Bar Association, the Georgia Bar Association, the Broward County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
