Andrew Ganz is an Associate in the Litigation practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. Mr. Ganz focuses his practice on legal compliance and litigation involving highly regulated industries such as debt collections and timeshares. Mr. Ganz has also worked with attorneys in the firm’s Public Finance practice group on matters relating to taxable and tax-exempt bond financings of Florida local governments.
Mr. Ganz obtained his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. Prior to becoming an Associate, Mr. Ganz was a Law Clerk in the firm’s Financial Services Department for 6 years beginning in 2014, where he was responsible for handling several legal research projects; drafting trial motions, pleadings, and discovery requests; and assisting attorneys within the firm’s Financial Services Department with daily court hearing preparation.
