Arthur D. Ettinger is a partner and chair of the Matrimonial & Family Law practice group in Greenspoon Marder’s New York office. Mr. Ettinger has extensive experience litigating and advising clients in all aspects of matrimonial and family law, including complex financial and custody issues, equitable distribution, child support. He is accomplished in successfully negotiating and drafting pre and post nuptial agreements and separation agreements, as well as litigating and taking such matters to trial when an amicable resolution is not possible. Mr. Ettinger also represents athletes in various legal matters.
Arthur is a member of the Matrimonial Law Committee of both the New York City and New York County Bar Associations, Practice Management Subcommittee of the Family Law Section of the New York State Bar Association and the New York College of Matrimonial Trial Lawyers, a group of lawyers that provide legal education and trial advocacy programs to other lawyers in the field of matrimonial and family law. Arthur is a member of the New York Bars and is admitted to practice in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
In 2020, Arthur launched the “Close to the Vest” podcast built for those who are currently going through divorce, contemplating divorce, or experiencing relationship issues.The podcast is available on Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
