Brian R. Cummings is a partner and a member of Greenspoon Marder’s Litigation practice group. Within the firm’s Litigation group, Mr. Cummings focuses his practice on complex class action defense, and general business litigation. He has defended clients in federal courts throughout the country, and has extensive experience representing defendants and plaintiffs in a wide variety of commercial matters and civil disputes in Florida state courts, including multiple appellate cases. Mr. Cummings graduated cum laude from Stetson University College of Law, where he also served as Articles and Symposia Editor of the Stetson Law Review. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Cummings worked in the promotional travel industry, handling all manner of legal and regulatory matters working with outside counsel, and as a newspaper reporter. He previously worked for the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin and City News Bureau of Chicago.
