Carl Schuster


Carl Schuster concentrates his practice on helping accomplish the goals of all clients who are interested in obtaining legal advice to make certain their estates pass to their desired beneficiaries in an efficient and correctly planned manner. In this regard, he prepares Last Will and Testaments, Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts and all other estate planning documents and provides advice for Estate and Gift tax planning, including charitable transfers. He also represents Personal Representatives and Trustees in their administration of Wills and Trusts. Throughout his career, he has provided extensive experience in dealing with clients who have special estate planning problems and need innovative approaches to accomplish their goals.
