Deena Pacelli Gray has significant prior experience advising clients regarding land use development issues. She has an extensive background practicing land use, environmental, and government law representing developers, property owners, and local governments securing development approvals for real estate projects including DRI approvals, comprehensive plan amendments, platting, rezoning, variances, special exceptions and modifications to ordinances. She has prepared numerous development applications for submittal and presentation to local governmental entities.
Prior to joining Greenspoon Marder, Ms. Pacelli Gray most recently served as an attorney with a large multistate law firm representing national financial institutions and mortgage servicers in consumer finance and real estate matters involving the Truth in Lending Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and state laws pertaining to mortgages and foreclosure.
As a law student, Ms. Gray was honored as a Florida Bar Foundation Fellow for her dedication to public service. Additionally, she worked as a Land Use and Environmental Law Extern for a prominent Florida law firm.
