Deena Pacelli Gray is a member of the Land Use and Zoning practice group. Ms. Gray focuses her practice on representing real estate developers and property owners on a wide range of complex land use, zoning, and environmental permitting matters. She represents developers and property owners in obtaining development approvals such as Developments of Regional Impact (DRI’s) approvals, comprehensive plan amendments, platting, rezonings, variances, special exceptions and amendments to government ordinances.
Ms. Gray routinely coordinates with various design professionals in creating approval strategies for large development projects that involve working with government staff and elected officials. Additionally, she works closely with the Real Estate practice group on land use and environmental issues affecting real estate transactions. Ms. Gray also has substantial experience handling county and local government code enforcement matters.
As a law student, Ms. Gray was honored as a Florida Bar Foundation Fellow for her dedication to public service. Additionally, she worked as a Land Use and Environmental Law Clerk for a prominent Florida law firm.
