Eric VandeLinde is Associate in the Financial Services practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. He has been working in creditor’s rights since 2012 and has comprehensive experience representing numerous and varied clients in all aspects of this area of law including but not limited to foreclosures, settlements, title litigation, evictions and appellate litigation. Prior to working in this field, Mr. VandeLinde had worked in both criminal defense for the Office of Public Defender of Maryland and administrative law with the federal government.
Having completed his secondary education in Maryland and having appeared in every Circuit Court in that State; Mr. VandeLinde also has an intimate understanding of the judicial intricacies and any particularities of the land records offices of the individual jurisdictions.
