Erik Berglund is an associate in Greenspoon Marder’s Commercial Litigation practice group. Mr. Berglund focuses on general and complex commercial litigation for corporate clients, ranging from start-ups to the largest companies in their respective industries. He also advises clients regarding transactional and risk management practices. He has successfully argued matters at the trial and appellate level in state and federal courts throughout New York and New Jersey.
Mr. Berglund has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of substantive litigation, including real estate, merchandising, licensing, insurance, brokerage, construction, environmental, entertainment, employment, bankruptcy, family, personal injury and even mass tort litigation. He has prevailed on numerous bench trials and motions for summary judgment in multi-million dollar litigation.
Mr. Berglund has also advised clients in connection with a broad range of business transactions, including commercial operating agreements, purchase and sale agreements, commercial real estate leases, licensing agreements, dissolution agreements, restrictive covenants, and employment contracts.
