Jordanna Ishmael is an associate with the Land Use & Zoning Practice Group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. Prior to joining the firm full-time, Ms. Ishmael worked as a summer associate at Greenspoon Marder, where she completed assignments for the Land Use & Zoning, Litigation, Employment Law, and Cannabis Practice Groups. She also worked as a summer associate at a boutique law firm in Washington, DC. In her previous position, her responsibilities ranged from writing motions that were filed with the DC Circuit Court to assisting the firm in their dealings with the DC Government and DC Council.
A graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, Ms. Ishmael served as an Associate Editor of the University of Michigan Journal of Law Reform. She also worked as a student-attorney with the University’s Child Advocacy Law Clinic, where she was a Lawyer Guardian ad Litem in a number of child abuse and child neglect cases.
