Krystina Garda

Krystina Garda is an associate in the Litigation and Labor & Employment practice groups at Greenspoon Marder.

Ms. Garda earned her bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University, and subsequently her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School. During law school, Ms. Garda served as a law clerk in the Labor Bureau of the New York State Attorney General’s office. Ms. Garda later went on to serve as a law clerk in a boutique employment law firm. Ms. Garda’s most recent experience included her position as a pro bono scholar at the New York Legal Assistance Group in the federal pro se legal clinic. At NYLAG, Ms. Garda assisted pro se litigants with federal civil cases in the Southern District of New York, including matters involving civil rights, employment discrimination, and labor law.
