Mark J. Chmielarski


Mark J. Chmielarski practices in the areas of commercial lending, real estate, commercial litigation, general civil litigation, and creditor’s rights. Mr. Chmielarski has been practicing law in the Orlando area since 1990.

Mr. Chmielarski’s commercial lending experience ranges from representing commercial lenders in multi-million dollar revolving line of credit loans involving multi-state collateral, to closing loans involving single asset borrowers and owner occupied properties. In real estate transactions, he represents both sellers and buyers in commercial and residential purchase and sale transactions. Mr. Chmielarski’s experience in commercial litigation includes commercial foreclosures, residential foreclosures, and loan workouts.
