Overview
Meir Weiss is an associate in Greenspoon Marder’s Financial Services practice group. He focuses his practice on representing clients throughout Florida and New York on residential and commercial mortgage foreclosure, loan workouts, loss mitigation, and REO title insurance and closings. Mr. Weiss also advises companies on federal collections acts and state fair lending practices as well as handling procedures to ensure compliance.
Mr. Weiss earned his Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law. During law school, he worked for the Queens District Attorney Prosecution Clinic and the Bronx County Civil Court Mediation Clinic. In addition, Mr. Weiss holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Touro University.
