Michael Cataliotti

Senior Counsel

Michael Cataliotti is senior counsel in the Immigration & Naturalization practice group at Greenspoon Marder. He has worked with and advised businesses from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, as well as prominent athletes, artists, entertainers, and entrepreneurs, such as international media conglomerates including BMG Rights Management (US) LLC, Music at Work B.V., Lena Erziak, CB Insights, and BotFactory Inc.

Mr. Cataliotti specializes in advising individuals and entities from such industries as sports, music, fashion, film, television, art, sciences, hospitality, alcohol, travel, and technology about how to reach their respective corporate and immigration goals. He has also worked with individuals and entities specializing in hemp supply-chain management, manufacturing, growth, and financing.

Mr. Cataliotti is a regular contributor to the New York State Bar Association’s Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Journal, serves as a faculty member at Lawline CLE, and is a frequent speaker on the topics of global migration, immigration, and entrepreneurship. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) where he is an active participant on several committees, such as the Board of Publications. Mr. Cataliotti has been recognized as a “New York Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine since 2018. He is frequently contacted by business professionals for advice and guidance regarding complex immigration and global migration matters.
