Michael Patrick


Michael Patrick is a partner in the Litigation and Corporate practice groups at Greenspoon Marder, and is a member of the firm’s Values(s) Management and Investing affiliate. Mr. Patrick is well-recognized as a litigator and counselor to clients around the world, including some of the most acclaimed and distinguished companies, celebrities, and individuals. Although his practice spans numerous areas and industries, Mr. Patrick has been recognized as a leader in intellectual property and intellectual property litigation, including as a “Super Lawyer” in New York. Mr. Patrick routinely represents and guides clients through complex – and often “bet the company” – matters and scenarios, such as trademark and patent litigation, entertainment, trade secret protection, commercial disputes, constitutional matters, false advertising, compliance, and regulatory matters.

In addition, Mr. Patrick advises clients in numerous critical areas, including corporate governance, intellectual property growth and protection, intellectual property licensing, right of publicity, design protection, advertising, data privacy, commercial and product liability (including risk prevention and mitigation with regard to new or existing products), and crisis management.
