Michelle E. Durieux is senior counsel in the Litigation practice group at Greenspoon Marder.
Throughout her ten year career, Ms. Durieux has represented individuals and private entities before trial and appellate courts, as well as administrative and arbitral forums. She has experience litigating a wide array of complex commercial matters, including breach of contract, products liability, construction defect, and a variety of business torts.
An experienced litigator, she has successfully represented clients during pre-trial hearings, mediations, jury trials, and post-judgment collection proceedings. In addition to her varied commercial litigation experience, Ms. Durieux has defended clients facing federal criminal prosecutions and government investigations.
Before obtaining her law degree from Tulane University Law School, Ms. Durieux earned her B.A. in advertising from the University of Puerto Rico and worked for an international advertising agency.
