Sarah Sicotte is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. Ms. Sicotte’s practice focuses on business and real estate transactions. She advises clients and businesses on a wide variety of matters including entity formation, mergers, asset-purchases, restructuring, and commercial transactions. Ms. Sicotte has extensive experience in real estate transactions and regularly assists clients in the acquisition, structuring, negotiation, development and financing of real estate.
In the course of her practice, Ms. Sicotte reviews, negotiates and drafts: leases; purchase and sale agreements; easements; licenses; development and construction contracts; sale-leaseback agreements; mortgages; promissory notes; land grants and conveyances; title commitments and title policies; deeds of trust; security agreements; and, liens and encumbrances on real property. She has been involved in advising some of Colorado’s largest real estate stakeholders.
Prior to resuming the practice of law, Ms. Sicotte served a decade as a diplomat for the United States Department of State, serving tours overseas in Iraq, Tunisia, and Yemen.
