Shane McGlashen is an associate in the litigation practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. He focuses his practice on commercial and civil litigation matters in both federal and state courts in Florida. Mr. McGlashen has experience conducting plaintiff-side jury trials, arguing motions, and negotiating resolutions, as well as drafting and filing appeals.
Mr. McGlashen earned his Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of Miami School of Law. During law school, he participated in the Federal Appellate Clinic, filing direct appeals in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Additionally, Mr. McGlashen was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Chief Judge Laurel M. Isicoff of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Florida. He also clerked for a prominent antitrust litigation firm in Miami, Florida.
