Stephanie L. Varela

Senior Counsel

Stephanie L. Varela is senior counsel in the Litigation practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. Ms. Varela has extensive experience with appellate litigation and trial support during all stages of litigation, which includes pre-trial and post-trial motion practice.  She represents clients in both state and federal courts in a variety of areas of the law, including products liability, negligence, contract disputes, and employment litigation.

Before joining Greenspoon Marder, Stephanie practiced appeals at an international law firm, where she was a member of that firm’s local appellate department and national appellate practice group. Her appellate experience also includes serving as a judicial law clerk for Justice Jorge Labarga, at the Supreme Court of Florida.
