Greenspoon Marder Associate Jason Silver Appointed To The Florida Bar’s Constitutional Judiciary Committee

Fort Lauderdale, FL – May 17, 2019 – Greenspoon Marder associate Jason Silver was recently appointed to the Florida Bar’s Constitutional Judiciary Committee. The charge of the Constitutional Judiciary Committee is to strengthen the public’s understanding of the role of the judicial branch of government, the Constitution, the rule of law, and the role of judges and juries in the administration of justice.

Mr. Silver is also the outgoing Chair of The Florida Bar’s Student Education and Admissions to the Bar Committee.

Jason D. Silver is an associate in the Financial Services practice group at Greenspoon Marder. Mr. Silver handles all facets of consumer finance litigation on behalf of financial institutions. He also handles other various commercial and civil litigation matters in state and federal courts. In addition, he handles municipal and government law, municipal lien reduction litigation and mitigation, all aspects of representation of national timeshare corporations, and bankruptcy litigation.
