Greenspoon Marder Associate Nabil Rodriguez Named To Legislation Implementation Work Group

Denver, CO, July 27, 2020 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce that associate Nabil Rodriguez has been named to the Colorado Department of Revenue’s Marijuana Enforcement Division’s Legislation Implementation Work Group. The Work Group will help draft social equity regulations in Colorado and will provide an opportunity for stakeholder collaboration on the implementation details of House Bill 20-1424 and House Bill 20-1080. The mission of the Colorado Department of Revenue’s Marijuana Enforcement Division is to uniformly enforce Colorado laws in a fair, consistent and equitable manner through education, compliance, administration, and criminal enforcement.

Nabil Rodriguez is an associate in the Cannabis Law practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. Mr. Rodriguez focuses his practice exclusively on cannabis law and the complex legal environment surrounding hemp and CBD. As a person of color, Mr. Rodriguez understands and recognizes the importance of having a voice in these discussions.
