Fort Lauderdale, FL – October 5, 2018 – Greenspoon Marder Senior Counsel, Adam Kemper, will be a featured speaker at the Human Resource Association of Broward County’s (HRABC) Annual Conference on October 5^th. Mr. Kemper’s presentation titled “#MeToo Movement’s Impact on the Workplace and Employer Obligation Towards Addressing and Avoiding Sexual Harassment” will occur at 10:35 AM. Mr. Kemper will lead an interactive discussion regarding the #MeToo Movement, the #Time’s Up Movement and the state of the law concerning sexual harassment in the workplace. Mr. Kemper will offer guidance on how to avoid and address sexual harassment in the workplace
