Denver, CO – February 18, 2019 – Greenspoon Marder attorney, Jacqueline Fox, was recently published in the American Bar Association’s Asset Protection Strategies: Planning with Domestic and Offshore Entities, Volume 1. Ms. Fox co-authored Chapter 8 entitled “Asset Protection Planning and Contempt of Court” alongside Barry Engel.

Asset Protection Strategies reviews some of the key issues involved in this demanding sub-specialty. Bringing together the knowledge of 22 professionals in the field, this new guide provides in-depth, professional analysis and review of the key issues that lawyers and financial planning professionals face in advising clients on plans designed to achieve the goal of tax savings, providing for other family members, and protecting the estate from creditors.

Ms. Fox is an associate with the International Wealth and Asset Planning practice group. She focuses her practice primarily on tax-oriented estate planning, international tax matters, multi-generational wealth transfer and family business succession planning for high-net-worth individuals and families.
