Ms. Palumbo has twenty years of experience representing institutional lenders, investors, debtors, secured creditors and trustees throughout the bankruptcy, loss mitigation and foreclosure process. She also has extensive experience in bankruptcy restructuring and insolvency litigation with concentration in secured creditors’ rights in Bankruptcy Court and out-of-court workouts.
