Fort Lauderdale, FL – November 30, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder attorney, Steven Fender, spoke at the “Recent Consumer Bankruptcy Law Developments Affecting Businesses Operating In That Environment” webinar, where the panel reviewed important U.S. Supreme Court and Circuit Court decisions over the last year in the consumer bankruptcy environment. The event, presented by The Consumer Bankruptcy Committee and Consumer Financial Services Committee, took place on Wednesday, November 29, 2017.

Steven Fender focuses his practice on bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters, in both state and federal courts. Mr. Fender routinely handles chapter 7 trustee adversary proceedings and contested matters. Mr. Fender has 20 years of experience litigating and trying cases in the areas of employment disputes, shareholder negotiations and disputes, contract claims, unfair competition litigation, intellectual property, business tort and contract matters.
