100+ WOMEN WHO CARE MIAMI-DADE CHAPTER

Miami, FL – October 3, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder CMO Michelle Martinez Reyes has been selected as the new Chair of 100+ Women Who Care Miami-Dade Chapter for 2018. Ms. Martinez Reyes will also welcome the new 2018 “Caring Committee” members Denise Isaac, Hopi Noel Morton and Natalie Villanueva who will all work alongside the founders Jamie Levenshon, Kim Rodstein, and Terri Echarte.

Greenspoon Marder will be hosting the 100+ Women Who Cares Miami-Dade Chapter’s 4^th Quarter Meeting on Tuesday, October 24th at 600 Brickell Avenue, Suite 3600, Miami, FL. During the meeting, three nominees will be chosen from a pool to give a presentation about their charity. After the presentations, members vote by secret ballot on whom will receive a collective grant from 100+ Women Who Care. Currently the chapter has 75 members who each contribute $100 per quarter to be awarded to the winning charity.

100+ Women Who Care was started in 2006 as a simple way to quickly raise money for a local charity to be able to help the community. The South Florida Chapter was established in 2012, and since then has opened a Broward County, North and South Palm Beach, Tequesta/Jupiter, and Miami-Dade County chapters have been established. The rapid growth has allowed the organization to extend their reach to better serve the South Florida community. The 100+ WWC Alliance has over 590 chapters with a projected impact of over $55 million throughout the United States in 2017.
