Greenspoon Marder Law Welcomes Associate Brandon F. Loshak

Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – October 23, 2014 – Brandon F. Loshak joins Greenspoon Marder Law’s Fort Lauderdale office as an associate in the Banking & Finance Litigation practice group.

Brandon has prior legal experience in real estate, including title review and closings, as well as bankruptcy matters, on behalf of creditors.

Brandon is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida, and the U.S. District Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida. He is also a member of The Attorneys’ Title FUND, American Bar Association, and Broward County Bar Association. Brandon earned his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law, and his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Colorado.
