Ms. Hughes is of counsel in Greenspoon Marder’s Wills, Trusts & Estates practice group. Ms. Hughes represents clients in all aspects of probate, guardianship, trust law and litigation proceedings. She has not only represented clients in such matters, but has served and continues to serve as court appointed counsel, guardian ad litem (namely minor settlements), estate curator, guardian, and emergency temporary guardian in Florida probate, trust and guardianship matters.
