Sarasota, FL – March 28, 2018 – Greenspoon Marder of counsel, Elizabeth Hughes, will be a featured speaker at the Sarasota County Bar Association Estate Planning and Probate/Elder Law Joint Section Meeting on March 28^th in Sarasota. Ms. Hughes topic “Guns, Guardianships, and Gun Trusts” will cover the Ward’s rights and the Guardian’s responsibilities with regard to the possession of guns, as well as an overview of “gun trusts” as an additional estate planning vehicle.

Ms. Hughes represents clients in all aspects of probate, guardianship, and trust law and litigation proceedings. She has not only represented clients in such matters, but has served and continues to serve as court appointed counsel, guardian ad litem (namely minor settlements), estate curator, guardian, and emergency temporary guardian in Florida probate, trust and guardianship matters.
