San Diego, CA – February 13, 2018 – Greenspoon Marder partner, Anton Handal, to be a featured speaker for the IP Counsel, “Decision to Practice: Modern Trends in IP Litigation” webinar on February 13^th. Mr. Handal will discuss the current trends in Patent Litigation with an emphasis on the Supreme Court’s increasing impact. In particular, Mr. Handal will explore the impact of recent Supreme Court’s rulings related to jurisdiction, venue, patentability and exhaustion issues.

Mr. Handal is a partner in Greenspoon Marder’s Intellectual Property and Litigation practice group. He has over 30 years of multi-jurisdictional litigation experience; has served as lead counsel in over 150 patent litigation matters, litigated ITC Section 337 actions and has had several PTAB trials.
