Ms. Seigel will host the “You Formed Your Company, Now What? Nuts and Bolts for Startups” session. The session will address issues such as equity to founders and employees, advisor relationships, payroll, protecting intellectual property, contracts, human resource issues, marketing, accounting, and more. Denver Startup Week is a celebration of everything entrepreneurial in Denver and the largest free event of its kind.
