Portland, OR – February 8, 2018 – Greenspoon Marder partner, Leah Sykes, to be a featured speaker at the 2018 Fair Housing Fair Presented by Multifamily NW in Portland, Oregon. Ms. Sykes will be participating in several panels including the topics of “Resident on Resident Complaint Response,” “Individualized Criminal Assessment,” and “Rental Criteria Workshop.”
Ms. Sykes is a partner in the Landlord and Tenant sector within the Litigation practice group at Greenspoon Marder. Ms. Sykes serves housing providers in all legal aspects of property management with a special focus on education and fair housing discrimination defense. She takes a hands-on approach, advising clients in both the non-profit and for-profit housing markets, with a great depth of knowledge of the interplay between federal, state and local agencies and regulations.
