New York, N.Y. – November 3, 2022 – Greenspoon Marder is proud to announce that partner Mark Doerr has been named to Benchmark Litigation’s 40 & Under List in New York.

According to Benchmark Litigation, the publication each year sets out to identify “the best and brightest litigators across the US and Canada” and notes that while it is certainly not an easy task to list a select few from an array of accomplished young lawyers, they are pleased nonetheless to showcase the selected “top emerging talent in litigation.”

Mark Doerr is a partner in the New York office of Greenspoon Marder. He is a member of the Litigation and Intellectual Property practice groups, where he focuses his practice on investigating, litigating, and resolving business disputes, usually involving deceptive practices and fraud. His practice often focuses on complex disputes involving RICO, contract, fraud, and tort claims in federal court, state court, and before arbitral panels. Mark’s practice often involves state and federal Constitutional issues. Mr. Doerr also advises and represents clients on intellectual property matters, especially trade secrets and trademark prosecution and defense.
