Greenspoon Marder Partner Nandini Nair Appointed To The Federal Bar Association’s Diversity And Inclusion Standing Committee

Edison, NJ, October 5, 2020 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce that partner Nandini Nair has been appointed to the Federal Bar Association’s (FBA) Diversity and Inclusion Standing Committee. Recognizing that the FBA must tirelessly and relentlessly work to ensure that the organization fully reflects the broad legal and greater communities, the FBA established the Diversity and Inclusion Standing Committee to prepare a strategic plan for moving forward. The mission of this Committee is to work with candor, reflection, and intention to understand where the FBA is today with regard to cultivating a diverse and inclusive federal legal community and to take concrete action for where it aims to be.

Nandini P. Nair is a partner in the Immigration and Naturalization practice group and serves on the Management Committee at Greenspoon Marder. Ms. Nair focuses her practice on analysis and processing of U.S. visas, employment-based and family-based applications, naturalization applications and other immigration benefits, as well as, immigration strategy and corporate policy development, training and I-9 and work site compliance, immigration consequences of mergers, acquisitions and other corporate changes.
