Greenspoon Marder Partner Nandini Nair Elected As Secretary Of The Immigration Law Section For The New Jersey State Bar Association

Edison, NJ – June 2, 2020 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce that partner Nandini Nair has been elected to be Secretary of the Immigration Law Section for the New Jersey State Bar Association. The Immigration Law Section deals with the interaction between United States immigration laws and other areas of law including family, criminal, labor and real estate.

Nandini P. Nair is a partner in the Immigration and Naturalization practice group and serves on the Management Committee at Greenspoon Marder. Ms. Nair focuses her practice on analysis and processing of U.S. visas, employment-based and family-based applications, naturalization applications and other immigration benefits, as well as, immigration strategy and corporate policy development, training and compliance, immigration consequences of mergers, acquisitions and other corporate changes.
