Greenspoon Marder Partner Nandini Nair Featured Speaker at the 2021 NJSBA Annual Meeting on Immigration Law Changes

Edison, N.J. – May 17, 2021 – Greenspoon Marder partner Nandini P. Nair will be a featured speaker at the virtual 2021 New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) Annual Meeting CLE panel entitled “The Sweeping Immigration Law Changes in 2021: What Has Already Changed and What to Expect” on Thursday, May 20, at 2:15 – 3:55 p.m. ET. The topics of the CLE will include updates on the Immigration Courts procedures, recent enforcement Memorandum, provisions affecting work authorization state on DACA, new refugee and asylum rules, changes in employment-based visa processes, and the latest on U.S. Consulates.

The 2021 NJSBA Annual Meeting and Convention will be a virtual symposium that will take place from May 19 – 21. The event will provide program tracks covering different areas of law, including family, criminal, real property, municipal court, diversity and inclusion, presidential initiatives, and more.

Nandini P. Nair is a partner in the Immigration and Naturalization practice group and serves on the Management Committee at Greenspoon Marder. Ms. Nair focuses her practice on analysis and processing of U.S. visas, employment-based and family-based applications, naturalization applications and other immigration benefits, as well as, immigration strategy and corporate policy development, training and I-9 and work site compliance, immigration consequences of mergers, acquisitions and other corporate changes.
