Greenspoon Marder Partner Nandini Nair Featured Speaker At The New Jersey State Bar Association’s Mid-Year Meeting

San Juan, PR – November 6, 2019 – Greenspoon Marder partner Nandini Nair will be a featured speaker the New Jersey State Bar Association’s (NJSBA) Mid-Year Meeting on November 6^th-10^th in Puerto Rico. Ms. Nair will speak on the “Puerto Rico-Outmigration Post-Hurricane Maria” panel where she will focus on U.S. immigration policies over the last two administrations which have severely restricted employment based visas and other immigration opportunities on November 9^th. Lauren Anselowitz, Attorney at Harlan York & Associates; Francisco Concepcion, Commission for Immigrant Rights for the Colegio de Abogados y Abogadas de Puerto Rico; and Mihaela Epurianu Dranoff, Director of Montclair Center for Psychological Services, will speak on this panel as well. This year’s event will include CLE seminars where attendees can explore the hottest topics and earn up to 12 CLE credits.

Nandini P. Nair is a partner in the Immigration and Naturalization practice group and serves on the Management Committee at Greenspoon Marder. Ms. Nair focuses her practice on analysis and processing of U.S. visas, employment-based and family-based applications, naturalization applications and other immigration benefits, as well as, immigration strategy and corporate policy development, training and compliance, immigration consequences of mergers, acquisitions and other corporate changes.
