Orlando, FL – February 28, 2019 – Greenspoon Marder partner and chair of the cannabis law –western region, Rachel Gillette, will be a featured speaker at the Convenience Retailing University Conference on February 28, 2019 in Orlando. Ms. Gillette will speak on the “Is CBD the New Energy Drink?” panel where she will provide an in-depth look on what CBD is, what the market opportunities look like and the regulatory landscape.
Ms. Gillette is both partner and Chair of Greenspoon Marder’s Cannabis Law Group. She focuses on cannabis business licensing, regulatory compliance, mergers & acquisitions, corporate law, 280E, tax litigation, opportunity zones, cannabis business dispute resolution and hemp law. She has represented state and locally licensed marijuana and hemp businesses in Colorado since 2010.
