Greenspoon Marder Represents 0N1 Force on Sale of Premier NFT Collection

Miami, Fla. – February 23, 2023 – Greenspoon Marder proudly represented 0N1 Force on the sale of its comic-focused, blue-chip NFT collection to a collective of crypto industry veterans led by blockchain investment firm Old Fashion Research (OFR). The Greenspoon Marder team, led by Innovation & Technology practice group partner Eric Galen, negotiated the sale, which was done in all cryptocurrency, on behalf of the seller.

Created in 2021, the 0N1 Force are 7,777 generative side-profile characters with over 100 hand-drawn features. It is one of the first comic-based NFT collections. Henry Finn (commonly referred to as ‘Starlordy’) will serve as CEO of the group as they intend to grow the 0N1 Force franchise.
