Miami, FL – March 6, 2020 – Greenspoon Marder senior counsel Adriana Collado-Hudak and of counsel Elizabeth Hughes will be speakers at the Dade County Bar Association’s (DCBA) Annual Bench and Bar Conference on March 6^th in Miami. Ms. Collado-Hudak will moderate the “Working Women Lawyers: Can You Have It All, All At Once?” panel. Ms. Hughes will speak on the “The Future of Probate and Guardianship Administration and Litigation” panel. The Dade County Bar Association is the largest voluntary bar association in Florida, and the voice for Miami-Dade County’s diverse legal community.

Adriana Collado-Hudak is Senior Counsel in the White Collar and Criminal Defense practice group at Greenspoon Marder. She has defended hundreds of cases at all levels of the state and federal criminal justice system, from pre-indictment to trial. She is recognized as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer in Florida by The National Trial Lawyers Association and is rated Martindale-Hubbell AV-Preeminent by her peers. Recently, Ms. Collado-Hudak was designated by the United States District Court to serve as a Criminal Justice Act Panel Attorney for the Southern District of Florida.

Elizabeth Hughes is of counsel in Greenspoon Marder’s Wills, Trusts & Estates practice group. Ms. Hughes concentrates her practice to the areas of fiduciary litigation, including litigation arising from estates, trusts and guardianships. She has not only represented clients in such matters but has served and continues to serve as court appointed counsel, ad litem, estate curator, and guardian in Florida probate, trust, and guardianship matters.
