GREENSPOON MARDER SENIOR COUNSEL ELIZABETH HUGHES TO SPEAK AT THE FLORIDA BAR’S GUARDIANSHIP SEMINAR 2017: “GUARDIAN’S ISLAND”
MIAMI, FL – April 24, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder senior counsel Elizabeth Hughes will be a speaker at The Florida Bar’s Continuing Legal Education Committee and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section’s Seminar 2017 “ Guardian’s Island”. Ms. Hughes will be speaking on the topic ““When to Un-pack the Heat”: Guardianships and an Individual’s Privilege to Keep and Bear Arms”. The CLE event will take place at St. Thomas University, School of Law, Miami Gardens, Florida on Friday, April 28, 2017.
Ms. Hughes represents clients in all aspects of probate, guardianship, trust law and litigation proceedings. She has not only represented clients in such matters, but has served and continues to serve as court appointed counsel, guardian ad litem (namely minor settlements), estate curator, guardian, and emergency temporary guardian in Florida probate, trust and guardianship matters.
