Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – June 16, 2021 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce that senior counsel Shirley Palumbo was appointed as the Members Relations for the Secured Creditor Committee Leadership of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI).

The ABI is the largest multi-disciplinary, non-partisan organization dedicated to research and education on matters related to insolvency. The ABI provides a forum for the exchange of ideas and information for more than 13,000 attorneys, auctioneers, bankers, judges, lenders, professors, turnaround specialists, accountants and other bankruptcy professionals.

Ms. Palumbo is a Bankruptcy and Insolvency senior counsel in the West Palm Beach, Fla., office of Greenspoon Marder LLP. She is Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification and has been recognized with the Martindale Hubell’s highest ranking in both legal ability and ethical standards.
