Greenspoon Marder Supports the 2018 Tri-State Diversity and Leadership Conference in New York

NEW YORK, NY – August 1, 2018 – Greenspoon Marder is proud to support the 2018 Tri-State Diversity and Leadership Conference on August 23^rd in New York. The conference will feature multiple speakers presenting on a variety of topics regarding the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. The firm is a Corporate Gold Member of the Florida Diversity Council and Tri-State Diversity Council.

Greenspoon Marder partner, Nandini Nair and CMO, Michelle Martinez Reyes, will be featured speakers at the event. Ms. Nair will be a panelist on the “We Rise: Women of Color in Leadership” panel. The session will discuss some of the challenges women of color face in today’s workforce and the best ways to manage those challenges, among a variety of other topics. Ms. Martinez Reyes will be a panelist on the “Leadership: Presence, Influence & Inspiration” panel. The session will discuss leadership presence, influence in the workplace, mentors and tips to prepare to become an inspirational leader.

Ms. Nair focuses her practice on analysis and processing of U.S. visas, employment-based and family-based applications, naturalization applications and other immigration benefits, as well as, immigration strategy and corporate policy development, training and compliance, immigration consequences of mergers, acquisitions and other corporate changes.

Ms. Martinez Reyes focuses on the firm’s strategy and growth, branding, business development, client relations and media and public relations efforts throughout the U.S. Ms. Martinez Reyes serves on the Board of Directors for the Florida Diversity Council and Tri-State Diversity Council.
