New York, NY – May 1, 2019 – Greenspoon Marder was a proud supporter of the National Diversity Council’s Women in Leadership Symposium on May 1^st in New York. The focus of this annual event is to bring together a diverse mix of successful women leaders who, through the discussion of topics relevant to today’s issues will educate, inspire and encourage women to reflect on their own goals and status as they strive to advance within their organizations. Partner Beth-Ann. Krimsky was a featured speaker at the event. Ms. Krimsky spoke on the “Standing Out and Speaking Up” panel. The firm is a corporate partner of the National Diversity Council.

Beth-Ann E. Krimsky is a commercial litigator and trial attorney whose practice includes a broad variety of business cases, including complex real estate and land use litigation, commercial disputes, fraud based litigation and class action defense with an emphasis on marketing, privacy and compliance issues (including pursuant to the TCPA, FCRA, and DPPA to name a few).
