Rachel Edelsberg has joined the Downtown Fort Lauderdale office of Greenspoon Marder as an associate in the Litigation group.
Edelsberg concentrates her practice on Complex Commercial Litigation. She has significant experience with real estate litigation, including motion practice and court appearances for various stages of contested tax lien foreclosure actions.
Prior to joining Greenspoon Marder, Edelsberg worked at Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf, L.L.P. in New York.
Edelsberg graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, J.D. and from the University of North Carolina, B.S.B.A., in Business Administration. She is admitted to practice in Florida, New York and New Jersey.
