Randolph H. Clemente Joins Greenspoon Marder’s Cypress Creek Office

Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – April 8, 2014 – Greenspoon Marder’s Cypress Creek office welcomes associate Randolph Clemente to its Litigation department.

Clemente brings prior experience in the area of banking and finance litigation, where he has assisted clients with conventional and reverse mortgages, handled cases relating to real estate acquisition, disposition and lease transactions, and facilitated settlement agreements in pre-suit and post-suit mediations.

Admitted to the Bar in Florida and New York, Clemente holds a court admission for the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida. He received his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law, and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida.
